Coating Machine KFS 2000

The machine was designed for the efficient painting of small parts. In contrast to continuous systems, it hardly takes up any more space than a manual spray booth. It is operated by one person and achieves a higher production output than conventional manual coating due to the pure loading activity.

The control of the KFS enables the simplest input of desired values for the spray area, working speed and switch-on variants of the spray guns. Part-specific inputs can be stored as an overall program and are immediately active again as a production program when selected.

There is the option of approaching individual coordinates, combined with an apparatus carrier axis that can also be moved. The paint mist extraction is carried out in the version as dry extraction via a mobile filter trolley or as wet washing in stainless steel.
