MP-520

The MP 520 diaphragm pump is a compressed air operated pump with two diaphragms. The pump consists of the diaphragm housing, the compressed air control, material suction connection, pressure connection, compressed air connection and air regulator.

The main area of application is the painting and coating area. The pump is used to convey liquid and low-viscosity coating materials from storage tanks. It is specially designed for the material supply of spray guns, automatic spray guns, dosing devices and the like. From water-based paints and glazes to glue or adhesives, the pump can convey a wide range of materials.

functionality
The desired material pressure can be infinitely adjusted via the air regulator. When the set pressure is reached, the pump switches off automatically. The material pressure is maintained until material is removed from the removal point. The pump switches on automatically and keeps the set material pressure constant.

Furnishing
The pump is available in several versions. The membranes are available in the materials NBR and NBR-PTFE. Valve balls can be made of hard metal, polyurethane or stainless steel. Valve seats are available in hard metal or stainless steel. Optionally, the material-carrying parts, including those for adhesive media, can be coated with a nickel-bonded PTFE layer.
