The compressed air operated Krautzberger diaphragm pumps are specially tailored to the needs of spray technology. The compact and robust design enables universal use. Large valve cross-sections also allow use with highly viscous media.

A built-up pressure equalizing vessel ensures smooth and low-pulsation work. By connecting a material pressure regulator downstream (a corresponding material filter is also recommended at the same time), even very low pressures can be set precisely.

The technical data given are based on an air inlet pressure of 8 bar. Of course, the pumps also work perfectly at low pressures.

Krautzberger diaphragm pumps are also used where piston or centrifugal pumps cannot be used. For example, for conveying paints, varnishes, glues, dispersions, solvents, oil, glazes, enamel, wood preservatives, mineral oil products, etc.

The pump body is made of stainless steel as standard. This gives a high wear resistance.

The pumps are designed for wall mounting as standard, but can also be supplied on a trolley with a shelf for the material container if required.
