HP30-2K (Two-Component Gun)

The well thought-out design ensures short set-up times, maximum effectiveness, long service lives and reflects the high quality of the product. The main components are fed in by means of a material hose via the lower connection of the gun. The second component (activator) is sprayed via another atomizing system attached to the side. The targeted mixing of the two components only takes place in the spray jet. A premature reaction of the material is thus completely ruled out. Constant mixing of the components or timed cleaning intervals are no longer necessary. The cleaning of the pistols takes place after the end of the work as with our conventional Krautzberger spray guns. Our system enables you to maintain the full function of our Krautzberger XLINE air nozzles and thus the setting of flat and round jets. All material-carrying parts can be made of high-quality stainless steel (optional). The gun can be connected to all low-pressure material supply systems.
