TFP-1 Release Agent Pistol

The Krautzberger release agent spray gun TFP-1 was developed for the fine atomization of release agent, but is also suitable for many other media.

The long pistol grip can also be used to work on particularly undercut or deep shapes. The long trigger allows ergonomic and fatigue-free work. A model with a short handle is also available on request.

The air and material are supplied via the Krautzberger hose-in-hose system. The material hose is guided in the air hose to the gun. The connections are made using a special adapter. The hose ends are fitted with anti-kink springs for work safety.

Material nozzle and material needle are made of stainless steel as standard.

The gun can be connected to all low-pressure material supply systems.

An optimal result is achieved by combining them with Krautzberger diaphragm pumps and Krautzberger material containers.

Parts in contact with material
The parts of the release agent gun that come into contact with the material are made of aluminum (main body), stainless steel (material needle and nozzle) as well as brass and plastic.
