The Krautzberger A-11 can be considered as the workhouse among the automatic spray guns and is often used in harsh production environments such as Automotive, Aerospace, Wood, glazing, ceramic and leather.
This Krautzberger A11 spray gun model consists of two parts: the control section and the fluid head section: The fluid head section, either standard hard-coated or stainless steel, can be easily removed from the control section by unscrewing just one screw (Fast Cleaning & Low Maintenance). In order to prevent any material from running or dripping at the nozzle, the control system which is activated by a 3/2-way valve works in a particular sequence: First, the air-controlled piston opens the air atomisation valve and only then then the material nozzle of the spray gun opens and starts to spray the fluid. During switch-off it works vice versa: First the material nozzle closes and then the air atomisation valve (Non-Drip Design).
The spray gun also features a range of different variations (e.g. single connection, bottom connection or re-circulating connection) to suit any possible automatic spray coating application. The gun can be operated both as an independent device as well as in a larger system (e.g. as a component of a fully-automatic coating system as well as a spray robot).
