Mikro 3

The Mikro 3 spray gun is pneumatically controlled and has an internal pre-air control. The control is triggered by a mechanical or electromechanical 3/2-way valve. When the control is activated, the control piston, which is pressurized with compressed air, first opens the spray air valve and, after a short delay, the material nozzle of the device. When controlling, first the material nozzle and then the spray air valve is closed. This control process ensures faster work and prevents the material nozzle from dripping.

The main body, including the material-carrying parts, is chemically nickel-plated. Material nozzles and needles are made of stainless steel as standard. The material can be supplied by means of a flow cup, feed pump, drop pressure tank or pressure tank.
