Thanks to an innovative pre-air control, a significantly reduced needle diameter and a 60% higher air output, the Mikro XS achieves the highest possible switching performance and an almost perfect spray pattern. Due to a head part that can be changed quickly, including sealing packing, the Mikro XS enables quick maintenance and offers a high degree of user-friendliness. Through our manufacturing and testing procedures, we integrate a 100% control of our XLINE air nozzles into our process. As a result, the Mikro XS offers high precision and reproducibility in fully automated spraying processes.
