Area of ​​application
The RA-5 Duo automatic spray gun is specially designed for partially or fully automated coating processes. The area of ​​application ranges from coating and marking surfaces to setting adhesive and marking dots.

Typical coating materials are: lacquers, paints, adhesives, glazes, enamel, release agents, etc.

The RA-5 Duo can be operated on a painting robot, on a linear unit or permanently fixed in production lines or conveyor belts.

How
it works The spray gun is controlled by compressed air. As in the airless process, the coating material is atomized without air using an airless nozzle. The spray jet is additionally formed with compressed air using a special air nozzle. In addition, the spray jet can be adjusted from a flat jet to a round jet with a special nozzle during the spraying process.

Equipment
The automatic spray gun is optionally available in stainless steel or aluminum with a PTFE coating. The connections on the adapter are selectable, either at the bottom or at the back. The device can optionally be equipped with a circulation connection and a double control. The needles are standard in stainless steel. A wide range of nozzles of different sizes are available. Nozzles in special sizes and other special technical solutions on request.
