Standard Delivery within 3 Working Days

Using our specialist delivery partner all orders on our Standard Delivery service placed before 1pm will be dispatched the same working day (subject to stock availability).

We do not deliver or dispatch at weekends or Bank Holidays. Any orders placed after 1pm on Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched Monday for delivery from Tuesday. All deliveries are carried out by a third party courier not Charvo Ltd. We enjoy a success rate of 96% of orders arriving on time and whilst we do everything we can to avoid delays, invariably couriers can have delays with factors beyond our control; if and when we become aware of a delay regarding your delivery we will endeavour to inform you as soon as possible. If we have any unexpected stock delay issues you will be contacted on the day of purchase to inform you of such delays.

Our standard delivery service covers most UK postcodes with the following exceptions:
AB, BT, GY, HS, IV, IM, JE, KA, KW, KY, PA, PH, ZE

The following Postcodes can only be sent on a 3-5 working day service and will incur a £3.99 per total order surcharge:
AB, DD, IV, KA, KW, KY, PA, PH

Express Next Working Day Delivery

Using our specialist delivery partner all orders placed with the paid express delivery option before 1pm will be dispatched the same working day for next working day delivery (subject to stock availability).

We do not deliver or dispatch at weekends or Bank Holidays. Any orders placed after 1pm on Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched Monday for delivery Tuesday. All deliveries are carried out by a third party courier not Charvo Ltd. We enjoy a success rate of 96% of orders arriving next working day and whilst we do everything we can to avoid delays, invariably couriers can have delays with factors beyond our control; if and when we become aware of a delay regarding your delivery we will endeavour to inform you as soon as possible. If we have any unexpected stock delay issues you will be contacted on the day of purchase to inform you of such delays.


Delivery times can not be guaranteed due to unforeseen circumstances that may occur and in the unlikely event of a failed next working day service we will endeavour to delivery the following day.


Our Express Next Working Day Delivery covers most UK postcodes with the following exceptions:
AB, BT, DG, EH, FK, G, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA, KW, KY, ML, PA, PH, TD, ZE


We are unable to ship to the following post codes on any service but may be able to obtain a quote; please contact us:
GY, HS, IM, JE, ZE, Ireland.

Charvo Ltd bears no responsibility for whatsoever for loss occurred due to late or failed deliveries.

Tracking Your Delivery

You can track your delivery through our specialist couriers. Once your parcel has left us it will be scanned for delivery, overnight you should receive an email via the address provided to us when making your order containing a link to tracking information. Should you wish to contact us regarding your delivery please call us on 01756 795028. We cannot contact couriers directly at weekends however we can send them an email to chase the next working day.

Delivery of Goods

All of our items are securely packed to avoid damage but please do not sign for goods if your delivery shows evidence of damage as we will not be able claim on your behalf in such instances.
